Shayna doesn’t just do this as a job, she puts her complete heart and soul into making our dreams come to life. So many times I wanted to rush into a home or settle bc there weren’t many options, she always spoke to me with honesty and common ground and encouraged me that the goals I gave her were not met with certain homes and we shouldn’t settle. When we came across a bad deal with some awful sellers, Shayna was on top of it and made sure I didn’t get myself in a bad situation and handled it with class and dignity, and lifted me back up in my discouragement that it didn’t work bc god had a better future home that truely would meet my dreams. And she was right, I have to say I am prolly one of the toughest clients Shayna’s had, I’m very anxious, stressful and prolly could list more but she stayed reassuring and patient and made sure I knew I could trust her and I’m glad I did. Shayna not only found me a beautiful home with every single thing I wanted but bc of school starting and me not wanting to do a transfer she got our closing moved up and everything went great. We are now in a forever home we don’t regret, or we don’t think man I wish it had this, but we walk in the doors with pure thankfulness to god above, SHAYNA, mr Chester the amazing lender and mr Andy the inspector. Everyone played a part, but it was because of SHAYNA and her knowledge, drive, spirit and realness that we are living our dream.
