Devin was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed home, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. He told me that going in and highlighted the concerns he had and the research he wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in.
He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and parish inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents that you get when you are buying new construction. His delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treats the situation like he is purchasing the property – he looks out for you and has your best interests in mind.
Devin will work with you to make your desires a reality. Devin is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Devin was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. When we came across a bad deal with some awful sellers, Shayna was on top of it and made sure I didn’t get myself in a bad situation and handled it with class and dignity, and lifted me back up in my discouragement that it didn’t work bc god had a better future home that truely would meet my dreams. Now you have. If you have any issue she has someone who can fix it within an hour or two. We were selling a house that Shawn was not the agent for and we had a question about structural integrity. Shawn gave me a number to a structural engineer who was at the house an hour later. The engineer did an inspection and sent me a report on his findings a couple hours later. Shawn helped us with ideas, for our new house, on how to place furniture, what size furniture would be best in the rooms, what style would go with the architecture of the house.
