Hello, my name is Kathleen Theriot with NextHome Cutting Edge Realty. I have been a professional Real Estate Agent for 5 years in and around the Acadiana area. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was in Law Enforcement. This previous experience has provided me with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to talk and serve all walks of life. It has always been a passion of mine to help people and Real Estate has allowed me to continue this passion in a different way. It has been my pleasure to serve the people of Acadiana and all of Louisiana each and every day with their Real Estate needs.
