Now you have. If you have any issue she has someone who can fix it within an hour or two. We were selling a house that Shawn was not the agent for and we had a question about structural integrity. Shawn gave me a number to a structural engineer who was at the house an hour later. The engineer did an inspection and sent me a report on his findings a couple hours later. When my elderly grandparents in their late 80's said they were selling their second piece of property, I handed them a business card of someone I knew would take care of them.
